The following fees and charges apply to services provided to landlords by Homes @ Shire Ltd.
All fees are subject to the terms of the relevant agency agreement.

RENT INCREASES
Where instructed by a landlord to increase the rent using the statutory Section 13 procedure, Homes @ Shire Ltd will use the prescribed Form 4A – Landlord’s Notice Proposing a New Rent, where required.

Where the final cost cannot reasonably be determined in advance, an estimated price or the method of calculation will be provided before the service is instructed.
Nothing on this page permits Homes @ Shire Ltd to charge a tenant or prospective tenant a payment which is prohibited by law.

Homes @ Shire Ltd is a member of Client Money Protect, a government-approved Client Money Protection scheme.
The applicable Client Money Protection certificate and scheme details are available in accordance with legal requirements.
